Accepted payment methods
CASPE offers the following payment methods for business customers:

- bank card (Visa, Mastercard) via secure online payment,
-
bank transfer (SEPA),
-
SEPA direct debit, subject to a signed mandate and prior approval,
-
payment upon receipt of invoice, subject to an open customer account and an authorized credit limit (see 4.3).

Other terms (bills of exchange, LCR, installment payments) may be agreed upon by prior written commercial agreement.

Payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable:

- immediately upon receipt of order, for any new customer or unvalidated account, or
- within 30 days from the invoice date, for customers with a validated business account and an authorized credit limit with CASPE, in accordance with the provisions of Article L.441-10 of the French Commercial Code (maximum legal term of 60 days from the invoice date, or 45 days at the end of the month, except for sector-specific exemptions).

Account opening and credit limits
Access to deferred payment (30 days) is subject to prior approval of the customer file by CASPE (Kbis, bank details, and potentially a creditworthiness assessment) and an authorized credit limit, which CASPE may review at any time based on the customer's payment history.

Late payment
In accordance with Article L.441-10 of the French Commercial Code, any late payment shall automatically incur, without the need for a reminder:

- late payment penalties calculated at the European Central Bank interest rate plus 10 percentage points, applied to the remaining gross amount due, starting from the day following the due date shown on the invoice;
- a fixed compensation for collection costs of €40 per unpaid invoice, without prejudice to additional compensation upon presentation of supporting documents if the collection costs incurred exceed this amount.

CASPE also reserves the right to:

- suspend or cancel any current or future order until all amounts due have been paid in full,
- require immediate payment for any future order,
- suspend the performance of its own obligations (delivery, warranty) until all amounts due have been paid.

No early payment discount
No discount will be granted for early payment unless expressly agreed in writing by CASPE.

Retention of title clause
CASPE retains full and exclusive ownership of the products sold until full payment of the principal and ancillary price has been received, in accordance with Articles L.624-16 et seq. of the French Commercial Code. However, the transfer of risk occurs upon delivery or handover to the carrier (see Article 1.5), regardless of the transfer of ownership.

If payment is not received by the due date, CASPE may reclaim the unpaid products, wherever they may be located, without prejudice to its right to seek rescission of the sale and damages.

Payment disputes
Any claim relating to an invoice must be submitted in writing within 15 days of receipt, failing which it shall be deemed accepted.

Effective as of July 13, 2026.
