B2B Membership/Subscription Program Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

CASPE offers a paid membership program exclusively for business customers, providing access to dedicated business benefits (preferential pricing, priority services, or other benefits specified on the program page at the time of enrollment).

2. Eligibility

Membership is reserved for business customers who have validated their CASPE account in accordance with the conditions set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Become a Customer" page).

3. Enrollment

Membership is enrolled online on the CASPE platform, subject to payment of a subscription fee displayed at the time of enrollment. Enrollment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

4. Duration and Renewal

Membership is concluded for a fixed term (monthly or annually, depending on the plan chosen by the customer) and is automatically renewed for an equivalent period, unless terminated by the customer under the conditions provided for in Article 6.

5. Program Benefits

The benefits included in the membership program (discounts, priority access, additional services) are detailed on the dedicated page of the website and may change. CASPE undertakes to inform members of any material changes to the benefits before the renewal date.

6. Termination

The customer may terminate their membership at any time from their customer account or by email, the termination taking effect at the end of the current period (the subscription already paid is not refunded on a pro-rata basis, unless otherwise provided at the time of enrollment).

7. Suspension

CASPE reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership in the event of the customer's failure to meet their obligations (notably payment) or loss of their eligibility as a business customer.
