Supplier Terms and Conditions / Listing

1. Purpose

CASPE, as a purchasing group and B2B marketplace, lists products offered by third-party suppliers and manufacturers. Any supplier wishing to be listed on CASPE must first submit a request and meet the conditions set out below.

2. Eligibility criteria

The supplier applicant must, in particular:

  • provide proof of its legal existence (Kbis extract or equivalent) and that its business complies with applicable regulations,
  • demonstrate that its products comply with regulatory requirements (CE marking, declaration of conformity, and any certificates applicable depending on the nature of the product),
  • hold professional indemnity and product liability insurance appropriate to its business,
  • undertake to meet the supply times and service quality expected by CASPE and its customers.

3. Required documentation

The listing application must include, at a minimum: a Kbis extract, proof of professional indemnity insurance, technical data sheets and certificates of conformity for the products offered, and any additional documents deemed necessary by CASPE depending on the product category.

4. Listing agreement

The formal listing of a supplier and its products on CASPE is governed by a written agreement setting out the commercial, logistical and financial terms of the relationship. These contractual terms are not published on the website.

5. Obligations of the listed supplier

The listed supplier undertakes to:

  • maintain the regulatory compliance of its products throughout the listing period,
  • immediately inform CASPE of any material change to a product, any recall, or any medical device vigilance alert concerning it,
  • guarantee the availability and quality of the products in accordance with the technical data sheets provided,
  • meet its delivery time commitments to CASPE so that the times announced to end customers can be met.

6. Removal of a product or supplier

CASPE reserves the right to remove, without prior notice in the event of a health emergency or proven non-compliance, any product or supplier that no longer meets the listing criteria.

7. Supplier application

Any company wishing to offer its products on CASPE may submit an application using the dedicated form or by email.
